We deliver across Pakistan; availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,000 or more. Orders below this amount have a delivery fee of Rs. 150. The exact fee is always shown in your cart before you place the order.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is shared when we confirm your order. Orders containing prescription medicines are dispatched after a pharmacist has verified the prescription, which can add a short delay if we need to contact you.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available. You will receive an order confirmation with your order number, which you can use to track the order from your account.

Temperature-sensitive items

Items that need refrigeration are packed to protect the cold chain and may only be available in selected cities.
